Online Memorials enables its users to submit requests relating to memorial pages. As a Keeper Administrator, you may review, approve or deny such requests within the Requests tab of your Dashboard.
There are different types of requests you can receive:
Content Request: If you set your page to approve all posts before they are published to the Memorial, this is Content Requests will appear on the Requests tab and await your approval. Page visitors can request to add Tribute and Event messages, photos, videos, and comments on the pages you manage.
Keeper Request: You will receive a Keeper Request when a user wants to become Keeper Administrator of a Memorial you manage.
Keeper Invite: You will receive this request when a user invites you to become a Keeper Administrator of a Memorial they manage.
Loved Ones Request: You will receive this request when a Keeper Administrator would like to add a relationship between a Memorial they manage with you or a Memorial you manage. If accepted, this relationship will then display on the Loved Ones tab of the page which made the request.
Access Memorial Request: You will receive this request if you have set your Memorial page to private, and someone is requesting to view and contribute to the memorial page.
