We offer multiple options so that a Memorial page can be as public or private as you need. If you want a Memorial page to be viewable only to those you directly invite, we recommend selecting the Invitation Only option.

What is the Invitation Only privacy setting?

Invitation Only is a privacy setting offered to Memorial pages. With the Invitation Only setting turned on, only yourself, Keeper Administrators, family members, friends, and people with whom you have shared an invitation via email can view and contribute to the page. (This option is only available to Keeper Plus users)

How do I share an Invitation Only Memorial page?

If a Memorial page is set to Invitation Only, you can invite them to the page. If you would like to share an invitation with someone, you can easily do so:

Log in to your account
Select the Memorial Page
Click Edit Page Settings
Go to Viewing & Privacy
Select Manage Invitations
Click + Invite People
If they are a user, search by their name or email
If they are not a user, enter the their first name, last name, and email address
Select Send Invitation

How do I revoke access to someone on an Invitation Only Memorial Page?

You can revoke access to someone who was previously invited to an Invitation Only Memorial page by removing them. To remove someone:

Log in to your account
Select the Memorial Page
Click Edit Page Settings
Go to Viewing & Privacy
Select Manage Invitations
Locate the name of the person
Select Revoke Access
Confirm you would like them removed
They will no longer have access to the memorial page

How to change someone’s email with whom I’ve invited?

To update the email address of someone you've invited to an Invitation Only protected Memorial page, simply follow these steps.

Log in to your account
Select the Memorial Page
Click Edit Page Settings
Go to Viewing & Privacy
Select Manage Invitations
Locate the name of the person and select Edit
Update the email and/or name of the individual
Select Save Changes
Once you change their email address, a new invitation link to the view the Memorial page will be sent to the new email address provided

How do I resend an invite to an Invitation Only Memorial?

You can resend an invite to an Invitation Only protected Memorial page to someone you previously shared an invite with. To resend an invitation to an Invitation Only memorial page:

Log in to your account
Select the Memorial page
Click Edit Page Settings
Go to Viewing & Privacy
Select Manage Invitations
Locate the name of the person
Select Resend invitation
The individual will receive a new email invitation with a link to access the Memorial page
