If you're on a new device, or another person has uploaded a photo or video you like, you can download it to your device.
Select the media item you wish to download, which will open it in a larger window
- At the bottom of this window, click Download Memento

- If you do not see the option to Download the Memento, this means that the Keeper Administrator of the Memorial page does not allow Mementos to be downloaded
2. The Memento will be automatically saved on your device
