How do I request access to be a Keeper Administrator of an existing Memorial page?

A Keeper Administrator is the user that is designated to manage an online memorial. If you would like to become a Keeper Administrator of an existing Memorial page, you may send a request to the Keeper. To send a request:

1. Log in to your account
2. Navigate to the Memorial page you wish to be Keeper Administrator of
3. Select Memorial Keeper(s) under the profile photo

4. Click on Send Keeper Request

5. The Keeper Administrator of the page will receive the notification in their Request Center via Dashboard

They will need to approve your request before you receive Keeper Administrator privileges.
