Some families choose to have a Memorial page be private. There are a few different types of privacy options.
How do I request access to a password protected Memorial page?
If the Memorial page is password protected, you will be prompted to enter the password.
If you have the password, enter it, and you will be taken to the Memorial page.
If you do not have the password, you can send a request to the page's Keeper to grant you access.
- Navigate to the private Memorial page that you would like access to.
- On the password pop-up, click Request Access
- Enter your first and last name, along with your email
- Click Request Page Access
You will receive an email if your request is approved.
How do I request access to an Invitation Only Memorial page?
If the Memorial page is Invitation Only, the Keeper will send out invitations with a magic link via email. You will be able to access the page by clicking the magic link.
If you are sent a regular link, you can send a request to the page's Keeper to grant you access.
- Navigate to the private Memorial page that you would like access to
- On the pop-up, click Request Page Access
- Enter your first and last name, along with your email
- Click Request Page Access
You will receive an email if your request is approved.
To respect the wishes of the family, we cannot give access to a private Memorial page.
